Sweetpea is only 4 pounds at 10 months old. She is staying here, she has become my little shadow. She is well mannered,  will give kisses and fetch a ball and tissues when  I sneeze.  She is my little baby doll. No she will never be bred.

Welcome to my site, I'd like to start by telling you a little about me, my family and the way our puppies are raised.

My babies are raised inside my home, not in kennels.  They are handled everyday. My dogs are my  passion not just something to make money. We give them their first shots and deworm them regularly. They will come to you with a puppy pak. We breed for personality, temperament and health. Like us, we hope you plan to have your doggies for many many years to come. I have raised Shih Tzu's for 23 years and Cavalier King Charles Spaniels for 6 years. I own a cleaning service, I  also work for 2 different companies as an Investigator for the past 8 years. I am licensed legal process server.  I am not telling you this to impress you; just to let you know you are dealing with a reputable, honest, busy, reliable person.  If I were anything but this, I would not be working for the guys I work for. They demand all of the above.  My kids were raised with animals from birth and learned to care for them at a young age.  My daughter Jessica age 23, now raises dogs as well.   I donate some each year to the ASPCA as well as other pet related causes including Petpac.   I have had all kinds of animals all my life.  I could not imagine a life without animals.  I have trained and shown dogs and horses. I use to work at a Veterinarian's office. I am studying to be a vet tech. My brother and sister raise Pembroke Corgi's.  My son has a Cavalier, which he is took to work and everywhere with him. I am caring for his dog since he went into the Army. So its not just me, we are an entire family that loves and have been raised with animals.

(Note: Due to all the scammers out there and puppy stealers, I do have cameras in and around my home and I do ask for your address when you want to come see my pups, I do verify your address and /or phone #, so don't feel offended. Its just something I have to do before I give out my address.)

All of my babies are sold on limited registration only, unless you make it known to me before or at time of pick up that you want full registration. An additional charge on most puppies will be required as well. If I feel your puppy is ready to go by 8-9 weeks of age and you can not pick him/her up by 9 weeks, I do charge $3.00 a day for care and $10. extra per vaccination. Except if he/she is being shipped and I can not ship for a few weeks because I do live 3 hours from the airport. If your puppy is small, it will not leave here until I feel it is big enough and again this extra charge will not apply.

DEPOSIT: I can accept a $300.00 deposit by paypal (please add 3% for paypal fee's) to my e-mail address or a money order, by mail with a confirmation number. I can not hold a puppy without a deposit. I don't accept personal checks for a deposit ,only cash or money order as well as when you pick your puppy up. If you have a deposit I will send you new pictures of your puppy every 2 weeks, so you can see them grow. I do not refund deposits if you change your mind.

When you pick up your puppy you will get a puppy packet with puppy care info, a sample of Nuvet vitamin's, a toy or blanket with the siblings smell, a sample of food, shot  and de worming record, and registration papers if applicaable.

We have sold several dogs to celebrities like Mario Lopez (Saved By The Bell & Dancing with the Stars. When you see his mom she almost always has that dog with her). Aly Al Shearer from MTV, Kevin Costner's grandmother in law, legendary actress Betty Hutton's Granddaughter whom I have become good friends with. Country singer Lee Greenwood's sister whom I have also become good friends with and has 2 of my dogs. NFL player Mike Seidman.  Comedian Kaye Ballard (Laugh-in, Mother-in-law, Hollywood Squares). Our latest puppy buyer is Breanne O'Donnell, sister of the young Shaun Brady who use to be on Days of our lives. (my favorite and only soap)

Myself and Kaye Ballard above. When we delivered Kaye's puppy to her, we were treated like stars, we had dinner and breakfast with them, we stayed in her home all night. Kay told us her home use to be owned by Desi Arnez. She is just the nicest person you would ever want to meet, down to earth and always smiling.

One of my puppies has been featured on the Ellen show, Mario's puppy has been on Opra twice, one of my puppies is a doggy model for doggy cloths, and several have been used for therapy dogs.

This is the Davis family and all of their 6 doggies they got from me. The 2nd picture is after I delivered their 8th dog to them. They will soon have their 9th dog from me. Ava and I have become great friends because of the love of the Shih Tzu.
